The company operates in two areas: series production and engineering services.

The series production of punching, bending, turning and milling parts as well as welding assemblies is settled under Ahlberg Metalltechnik GmbH (AM).

The engineering services for development, simulation, design and automation as well as tool and fixture construction are grouped under Ahlberg Engineering GmbH (AE), a wholly owned subsidiary of Ahlberg Metalltechnik GmbH.

Mario Ahlberg represents both companies as sole managing directors.

The solution digitizes old processes on site and acts as central data hub for all participants and project data. Comparable to Gaia-X it therefore creates a Single-Point-of-Truth for OEM as well as subcontractors and suppliers in automotive plant engineering.

Wir liefern Elektro-Isolierstoffe für die Elektromotoren der Fahrzeuge sowie Batterieseparatorfolien und Wämeleitmaterialien für die Batterien.

Die Materialien werden jeweils in die gewünschte Form konfektioniert, d. h. gestanzt, geschnitten, beschichtet sowie verformt etc.

Zudem werden in der Entwicklungsphase Muster und seriennahe Teile gefertigt.

In unserem Kaltwalzwerk veredelt Brockhaus Stahl warmgewalzten Stahl. Das daraus entstehende Kaltband bzw. modifizierte Spaltband verfügt über spezifische mechanische Eigenschaften, die insbesondere für sicherheitsrelevante Bauteile wichtig sind.
